Star Trail Time-lapses
Recently I have explored capturing star trails with some other photographers. During a trip to Zermatt, we captured a variety of star trails which I transformed into star trail time-lapses. The first is the shots cumulatively layered and played back as a video.
This second time-lapse of the same scene is captured a comet mode of star trails (using StarStaX) to create a comet streak time-lapse.
The final video is similar to the first but taken with a wider angle lens and experimenting with another part of the sky hence creating a different shape.
